Hello! Welcome to my site!
I come from good writing stock ... Samuel Clemens was my great-times-five uncle, on my mother's mother's side. So is it any wonder that I love writing as do two of my sisters.
With so many health issues plaguing me and my son, I had to put a lot on hold. But as of January 31 2019, I decided I had to get back to it. An outlet, if you will.
But you probably clicked on this page to get to know me.
My son and I only moved back to Louisville, KY back in June 2018. Before than, we'd lived in Colorado, most recently on a little farm where we raised chickens, turkeys, quail and goats. I really miss the crisp smoky air of a winter's day, the baahhh sounds our goats would make, the braying of the donkeys two farms over. And, of course, the view of the Rocky Mountains from my living room window.
Weslee, my adult son, is autistic with Tourette's syndrome and uncontrolled epilepsy. He is the joy of my life, and has taught me patience, tolerance, fear and love. His passion is movies, videos, youtube, books, and also likes to write. We are preparing for yet another brain surgery for him, possibly later in 2019.
