I've uploaded the book to Amazon's Kindle publishing program. Says it could take up to 72 hours to be available for purchase, so let's all mark our calendars. However, their online-previewer program (so I can see what it will look like on a kindle or other tablet) wasn't working, so if you see any odd formatting etc, please let me know as soon as possible so I can work with Amazon to fix it.Thanks!
